Return Policy

We want every customer to love their flowers! If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or dead, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

When you contact us, please include a photo of the flowers and your order number so we can review your request quickly.


Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your flowers are damaged or you received the wrong arrangement, reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll look at the photo and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Because flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Flowers or plants that are not damaged or defective

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale items or gift cards


Refunds

If your return or replacement is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us again at fortmyerspetalpatch@gmail.com.
